1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing https://www.unlayr.com/ or using our services via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided Unlayr Tech LLP provides premium automotive care services, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, and detailing, delivered to the customer's specified location ("Doorstep Service").
3. WhatsApp Communication & Consent By providing your mobile number to Unlayr Tech LLP, you explicitly consent to receive communications via WhatsApp regarding your bookings, quotes, and service updates.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by UNLAYR (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to the customer (“Client”, “you”, “your”).
By booking a service with UNLAYR, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of Service
UNLAYR provides doorstep automotive surface protection services, including but not limited to:

Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation

Car detailing (interior & exterior)
-
Surface correction (polishing, compounding)
-
Interior protection film applications
Services are performed at the client’s location or at a designated UNLAYR workspace.
2. PPF Product Grades & Warranty
UNLAYR offers multiple PPF grades, which differ in film technology, durability, and warranty period.

Core Upgraded TPU Film 7 Years
Titanium Premium TPU Film 10 Years
Important:

Warranty duration corresponds to both film quality and manufacturer-backed coverage, not warranty alone.

Higher warranty packages include better clarity, self-healing capability, and resistance to yellowing & stains.
3. Warranty Coverage Includes
The PPF warranty covers:

Yellowing (non-chemical cause)
-
Cracking
-
Bubbling not caused by impact
-
Peeling due to adhesive failure
-
Manufacturing defects
4. Warranty Does NOT Cover
Warranty is void in cases of:
-
Accidents, collisions, or stone impact damage
-
Scratches caused by sharp objects or negligence
-
Damage from harsh chemicals, acids, or improper washing
-
Pressure washing too close to film edges
-
Rust, repaint areas, or poorly repaired panels
-
Tampering or removal by non-UNLAYR personnel
-
Natural disasters or extreme environmental damage
PPF is a sacrificial protection layer, not scratch-proof armor.
5. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
Client acknowledges:

PPF is installed on the existing paint condition.
-
Pre-existing scratches, repaint areas, swirl marks, or dents may still be visible.

Film may highlight deep paint defects.
-
Panels previously repainted may have higher removal risk.
UNLAYR is not liable for paint lifting on previously repainted or weak surfaces.
6. Doorstep Service Requirements
Client must provide:

Adequate working space around vehicle
-
Stable power supply
-
Covered or shaded area (preferred)
-
Protection from dust, rain, and wind
If conditions are unsuitable, UNLAYR may reschedule or move the vehicle to a facility.
7. Curing & Post-Installation Care
After installation:
-
Do not wash the car for 5–7 days
-
Avoid high-pressure washing on edges
-
Minor bubbles/haze during curing is normal
-
Full curing may take 7–21 days
-
8. Payment Terms
-
Advance booking amount may be required
-
Balance due immediately after service completion
-
Prices vary based on vehicle size, complexity, and film grade
-
Additional charges apply for heavily damaged paint correction
-
9. Appointment & Cancellation
-
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior
-
Last-minute cancellations may result in advance forfeiture
-
Delays due to weather or environment may require rescheduling
10. Liability Limitation
UNLAYR’s liability is limited to:

Repair or replacement of defective film
-
Maximum liability not exceeding the invoice value
We are not responsible for:
-
Indirect or consequential losses
-
Vehicle downtime
-
Personal belongings left in the vehicle
11. Film Removal

Removal must be done by trained professionals
-
UNLAYR is not responsible for damage caused by third-party removal
-
Removal from repainted panels carries inherent risk
12. Media Usage
UNLAYR may photograph or video record the vehicle for:

Marketing
-
Social media
-
Portfolio use
(Clients may opt out in writing.)
13. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
14. Acceptance
Booking or allowing service commencement confirms that the client:
✔ Understands PPF is protective, not damage-proof
✔ Accepts film grade & warranty structure
✔ Agrees to all terms stated above
